The Avon Dream Maker

Is there anyway I can click my heels like Dorothy and go back to the beach....back to the Dream Maker house in Avon, NC. Can't wait to upload some of the pictures we took. The house was large enough that my wife and I could have quiet time together in the hot tub or down on the pier feeding the ducks, while the girls played pool or watched a movie in the entertainment room. We could not have asked for better weather. The temperature stayed in the upper seventies to low eighties everyday, no rain at all. We spent a few hours on the beach 3 or 4 days of the trip, and took day trips down to some of the other areas on the other days. One day in Kitty Hawk at the Wright Brothers Museum and Jockeys Ridge, where I proceeded to chase my kite across a few dunes due to my string not being tied off to the reel. Another day was spent ferrying across to Ocracoke to shop in the local stores and soaking the history. We also saw the new Pirates of the Carribean. What better place to watch then where real pirates like Blackbeard used to roam. Overall it was a great vacation and there are a lot more things to talk about, once I get the pictures loaded.
